We’re happy to schedule a phone consultation with you to discuss your project in detail. Our initial conversation will discuss the basics of the project you have in mind. It will allow us to determine what questions have yet to be considered and develop an appropriate action plan for your project.
Some of the questions we’ll address are:

- Have designs/plans already been drawn up?
- Is there a specific time frame you have in mind?
- What is the project budget?
If design work is required we ask that a design agreement be signed. This phase is typically comprised of a fee based contract to develop necessary drawings and documents for approval through your local government and state departments. Any necessary design changes may be addressed at this point which allows the opportunity to reduce unforeseen expenses that may have been incurred otherwise. At the end of this phase the budget will finalized, a construction agreement will be drafted, and a time-line will be developed so that we can begin work.
Before signing the construction agreement you have no other obligations, and have the option to proceed or decline moving forward with the project.
Once construction has begun we work diligently to complete the project as outlined in the time-line and take care of all necessary inspections and last minute details so that you can begin enjoying your new space as soon as possible.
