These agreements detail all aspects, such as terms, timelines, schedules, and project plans, eliminating any surprises throughout the project. Additionally, we carry a one-million-dollar insurance policy that includes workers’ compensation coverage. We maintain valid and reputable registrations, including the State of Connecticut home builder registration, federal corporate registrations, LEAD paint certification, and compliance with OSHA safety regulations. All individuals working with us, whether as W2 employees or 1099 contractors, are licensed, insured, and monitored. Our trade partners are carefully sourced and vetted, ensuring they have current legal documentation and comply with our quality standards. We take care of all required documentation filing. As the primary contractor, we will oversee the project, perform specific tasks ourselves, manage daily onsite needs, and hire all necessary tradespeople.
